The Fundraising Festival offers a chance for skippers, sailors, and the community alike to kick back and relax on the waterfront. After the Regatta, the Community is invited to a FREE Fundraising Festival in Hastings Mills Park, right next door to RVYC. Enjoy free Live Music, Silent Auction, Kids Zone and BBQ, plus a beer & wine garden.

All are welcome! Barbeque and drink tickets can be purchased onsite.

Event Day Schedule - Saturday, June 2nd

0900 to 1000 (9:00AM – 10:00AM): Skipper Check in (NW Boardroom)
1030 (10:30AM): VIP Boat Check in opens (NW Boardroom)
1100 (11:00AM): VIP Boat begin loading
1130 (11:30AM): National Bank Easter Seals Charity Regatta begins
1430 approx (2:30PM approx.): Regatta ends
1400 (2:00PM): ‘After Party’, Barbecue & beer garden opens
1630 (4:30PM): Main stage presentations & Regatta awards & prizing
1730 (5:30PM): BBQ Closes
1745 (5:45PM): Silent auction closes & Last call for raffle
1800 (6:00PM): Raffle draw, final event total announced and End
